3. Event Registration & Payments

Event registrations made through the Site are processed securely using third-party services such as Stripe. By registering for an event, you agree to provide accurate information and to pay all applicable fees.

4. Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

• If you cancel your registration, a minimum of 10% of the total paid amount will be retained as a processing fee.
• Cancellations made within 2 months of the scheduled event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 1 week of the scheduled event are non-refundable.
• You may transfer your registration to another individual at any time without penalty or processing fee. Please notify us in writing of the new participant’s name and contact information.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure that the information on this Site is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content.
