Fascia in Focus
FAMO Focus provides in-depth knowledge of fascia in motion by spotlighting the anatomical, architectural, and functional features of the fascial system. It is an experience-based, science-informed course that explores the fascial system as a web of connection for body-mind integrity.
In FAMO Focus, our attention is on 12 fascial movement qualities. You will explore what they are, why they matter, and how you can utilise them to increase physical health and functionality, along with psycho-emotional wellbeing, and even interpersonal bonds, elevating the quality of life in a sustainable way.
FAMO Focus is a self-contained course and also a module within the FAMO certification program. It can be attended either before or after Anatomy Trains in Motion as part of the program. (Learn more here.)

Pre-requisites:
- Certification in a movement, health, bodywork, or therapy field.

- Yoga/Exercise Mat
- Slings Myofascial Training Tool Set (info here)
- 1 Kneeling Pad
- 2 Slings Myofascial Massage Balls
- 2 Slings Myofascial Massage Domes
- 2 Slings Myofascial Trigger Balls

The course will be taught in English with live Japanese translation provided by Kaori Tani. Here is an example of how it will flow:
Cancellation and refund policy:
- JPY¥15,000 is non-refundable and will be retained in the event of cancellation by participant.
- Refunds for cancellation by participant within 2 months prior to the course start (i.e. any time after 2025/09/13) are limited to 50% of the total fees paid.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation by participant within 1 week prior to the course start (i.e. any time after 2025/11/06).
